I've had Brit bikes since I was 18 - decided to get an 'almost new' bike a couple of years ago and bought a RE Bullet (2003) - that's about as new as I get.. Nice looking machine and no trouble at all but I missed having a BSA.
So the Enfield's gone and I recently rode this A65R home..
I've owned an A65L before (long time ago) - if anyone's seen 'Boon' then that was my bike! According to the seller A65R's from 1965 are supposed to have this 'export' styling
- I'm not 100% convinced, and will eventually change it to a more 'standard' look - but there's a lot to be sorted on it in the meantime. If he's right then I'd love to hear more - I know there are many 'non standard' details.. that doesn't bother me, it's had a lot of owners and at least it's 'still on the road' any info would be appreciated!

- I'm sorry for the mistake , my friend have the same trouble he bougth an A65L and now have to sell him newone R.E.
However you can try to put the R.E. pictures on a famous web site www.mobile.de
a lot of people use this website to buy and to sell.
